Our Beloved Golda Lee Feaster, Daughter, Wife, and Aunt was born November10,1928 to John and Hattie Martin.
Golda came to New York from her hometown in Timmonsville, South Carolina to be with her sisters in the 1940’s. She was a factory employee and later a caregiver.
She married her sweetheart James Feaster shortly after arriving to the Big City. They were deeply in love and remained so until he passed away in 1996. Golda Feaster was also an active member of Mt. Morris Ascension Presbyterian Church where she and James attended regularly. Golda will be deeply missed and is survived by her nieces, and nephews.
