Steven Scott

Steven Scott, the son of the late William and Thelma Scott was born on November 14, 1954 in the Bronx, New York. He departed this life on January 16, 2025.

Steven always had a smile on his face and loved to make all those around him happy and smiling as well. His smile was a contagious one. He loved staying busy and helping others when needed. He served in the United States Army and loved that he was able to travel and meet people.

His grandmother, Pleasant (a/k/a ‘WHY”) Scott, made sure he had a spiritual life. She would take him with her to Goodwill Baptist Church every Sunday and have him participate in many of the church programs. He enjoyed watching and playing sports. He played basketball, handball, bowling and skiing. He loved dancing and listening to R&B music.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his son, Darnell; along with a 5host of cousins; other family members and friends.

Steven will be missed by all that new him.
