All the actions required in putting a loved one to rest can be overwhelming but thanks to Cheryl, my main contact , and the staff of Herbert T. McCall, I could not have been in better care. I'm purposefully using the word care because that is what she did from the moment I made that initial call. My family and my mom, we were blessed. Every task was done and every question was answered with ease and compassion. I watched them perform the finishing touches of making sure her hat was placed just so, smoothing her suit in place and my heart burst because they honored her and she was not just a body.
